Heat treatment, which is very important for material science, is applied in order to achieve a significant change in the structure of metals and alloys. Depending on the phase diagrams, the process of obtaining the desired mechanical properties and internal structures by different processes applied at temperatures below the melting (fusion) temperature is called heat treatment.
Our company which has the largest capacity in means of heat treatment furnaces, our company is able to perform heat treatment applications in accordance with the international standards and customer demands for the bending and external products.
Internal and external thermocouples of our heat treatment furnaces are periodically calibrated by Türkak accredited institutions.

The main heat treatment methods we can apply are:

Spheroidize annealing ( Full annealing ): This method, which is generally applied to high carbon steels, is carried out by long annealing in the Ac1 line region. The general purpose of this method is to give ductility to the material.

Stress Relieving Annealing: It is a heat treatment method for 1-2 hours depending on the material thickness between 500-680 ° in order to eliminate the tensions formed after cold forming and welded manufacturing.

Recrystallization Annealing: Hardening occurs due to dislocations after plastic deformation. These hardnesses cause cracking after a certain time and the workability of the material decreases for the next process. It is a type of heat treatment which is generally performed in the range of 600-700 with a waiting time of 1-2 hours in order to regain the ductility of the material.

Normalizing Annealing : It is a type of heat treatment with fast cooling just above the AC3 line to return the elongated grains to the initial structure after cold forming.

Quenching: It is a type of heat treatment which is heated at 1000-1050 temperatures and fast cooling with water in order to correct the deteriorated grain structures of stainless steels.
