ETHICAL CODE OF CONDUCT

CORRECTNESS
We act in accordance with the principle of honesty in our business processes and relations with all of our stakeholders, making sure that the values of accuracy, business ethics and sincerity are more valuable and not forgetting.

PRIVACY AND SECRECY PROTECTION EQUITY
All our employees should strive to protect the information of our customers, suppliers and all other stakeholders, especially KBS. Of the company they work for ıt is compulsory for our employees to protect confidential information such as trade secrets, confidential information, project details and use them only in line with their duties and in accordance with the objectives. Employees should only share this information within their authority and with the persons concerned. If employees leave the company for any reason, they should never use any information and documents they have because of their duties and positions against the company or KBS, in line with their own interests or for the benefit of third parties.

EQUITY
We stand at equal distance from our customers, employees, suppliers and subcontractors for regardless of religion, language, race, gender and all other ethnic elements, and offer equal opportunities to all.
KBS employees should be impartial and avoid any relationships or activities that may prevent fair decisions. KBS also attaches importance to the establishment of a sense of justice and trust among its employees. All promotion, reshuffle and recruitment decisions are based solely on the requirements of the job, It is given according to one's ability, experience, behavior, job performance and potential.

MOBBING AND HARASSMENT
Any breach of immunity through physical, sexual and / or emotional harassment shall not be tolerated in the workplace or in any place where they are due to our employees or to our stakeholders with whom we have business relationships. Negative attitudes and behaviors to those who report such violations or to assist persons during the investigation are considered a violation of our code of ethics. There is no tolerance to systematic and planned behaviors that aim to cool down the target person, reduce performance, and lead to his resignation in a way to be evaluated within the scope of psychological mobbing.

CONFLICT OF INTEREST
Conflict of interest, refers to any form of material or intangible benefit that may or may affect the performance of KBS employees in an impartial manner and that is provided to them, their relatives, friends, customers, persons or organizations they have relations with. KBS employees should take care to avoid actions that may result in conflict of interest and to protect the benefit of the company and KBS'S which they work. Employees must not engage in any business relationship with family members, friends or other persons in any way that provides mutual or unrequited interest.

RECEIVING AND GIVING GIFTS
They must not accept gifts, earnings, aid, entertainment, special discounts, commissions or discounts or any such offers that may affect their impartiality, decisions and behavior for their own benefit while conducting relations with private or official persons and organizations that are in business relationship with KBS and wish to establish or maintain a relationship.
Any gift products that may create a perception of having a different relationship with the company are not acceptable other than souvenir or promotional products in accordance with commercial traditions, customs and traditions.

FAILURE TO DO BUSINESS IN FAVOR OF HIMSELF AND HIS RELATIVES
It is essential that they do not engage in reporting with each other or participate in decision-making mechanisms together in our company, spouses and third degree employees including kinship relationship in the same organization. In case of a relationship with a candidate who has applied for a job, including spouse and third degree relatives, he / she has to take measures to eliminate the conflict of interest, managers and human resources recruiters who are in the process of making decisions in recruitment processes. This can be achieved by involving alternative human resources officers who do not have a conflict of interest.
He / she must not have any financial interest, including spouses and third-degree relatives employees in any organization that has a relationship with competitors, suppliers or customers.

EMPLOYEES WHO QUIT THEIR JOBS CAN DO BUSINESS WITH KBS
In order for the employees leaving KBS to do business with our company through sales, contracting, consulting, brokerage, representative, dealership or similar forms;
There is no disciplinary record about the company he worked before,
There should be no conflict of interest in the group company he / she has worked for due to his / her duties.
A report to be prepared by the director of the relevant unit must be approved by the ethics committee provided that these conditions are met, those who leave work can do business with KBS.

We act responsibly in our business activities as KBS. In addition to our legal responsibilities; we take care to fulfill our responsibilities to our customers, employees, shareholders, suppliers and business partners, competitors, society and humanity.

LEGAL RESPONSIBILITIES
All activities and operations of our existing domestic and abroad, execute the laws of the Republic of Turkey under international law, we offer right, complete and understandable information in time to the legal regulatory agencies and organizations. 
In conducting all of our business activities, we are located at equal distance to all public institutions and organizations, administrative formation, non-governmental organizations and political parties without any expectation of interest and we fulfill our obligations with this responsibility awareness.

KBS acts honestly in its relations with its customers and protects the rights of its customers and takes into account its objections and demands. Strives to create a trust-based relationship with its customers by being sensitive to the problems of its customers.

As KBS, we compete only in legal and ethical fields and avoid unfair competition. In addition, it is forbidden for our employees to exchange information with competitors on business, market and competition conditions, etc.

Our company prioritizes social interests and environmental sensitivity in all its processes. Being a good citizen is our basic philosophy to be pioneering individuals in social issues.
